How to test with us
Follow our easy process for testing business or domestic spa water.
Purchase Sample Bottles
Get your sample bottles in advance from one of our stores and return them to our Lincolnshire store on the first Tuesday of the month before 11am.
Professional Laboratory Analysis
Samples are analysed at an accredited Eurofins lab. The results for microbiological tests take 4–5 days and Legionella tests in 10 days.
Missed a Test?
We offer ad‑hoc collections for £35 + VAT as well as the bottle cost if you miss a scheduled test.

When can I bring you a sample?
We have a regular collection go to the testing lab on the first Tuesday of the month before 11am. If you need a test at any other point, we offer ad‑hoc collections. Contact us for more details. What's does the Microbiological test test for?
The microbiological test analysis your water sample for: - Aerobic Plate Count 37°C - Total Coliforms - Escherichia coli - Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Do you only test Legionella every 3 months?
Legionella testing is required every 3 months to maintain your standards in accordance with HSG282. However we send Legionella tests to the lab every month so you can have yours tested at the point that matches your schedule.
Do I have to be a business to test?
No. While anyone operating as a business should be lab testing their water regularly, anyone can bring us water samples for testing. Simply come in a buy your sample bottle ahead of time and then drop your sample into us on the morning of one of our laboratory collections.
