Do you charge for delivery and installation?
We charge £500 for delivery and installation. This is not a drop-off service; it’s a full day. After installation we fill it for you and carry out a full handover of the Hot Tub that includes functionality and water chemistry.
How do I know if a Hot Tub will fit in my garden?
We will carry out a site survey for every Hot Tub purchased from ourselves. Initially, we ask for a video to be sent of your access, and if it is deemed tight, then we will carry out a physical site survey
How quickly can I have a Hot Tub installed?
This will depend on stock. If you choose a Hot Tub that is in stock or an ex-display model, we can normally install it during the winter in around one to two weeks or in the summer months around three to four weeks.
What base is required for installation?
Tuff Spas can be placed on any level ground including grass, gravel, patio, and decking, as long as it is level. For the American Whirlpool range, you will require a concrete or slabbed base.
