High quality, made to measure hot tub cover. Available in a range of stylish modern colours and different insulation thicknesses.

Our custom made covers are manufactured to the highest specification in the industry. We work with a well regarded manufacturer who are passionate about high quality covers, using the best materials available and using manufacturing processes that ensures the highest quality spa covers.

Covers are manufactured using CAD driven material cutting machinery and the the WeatherShield fabric is cut using automated machinery, giving our covers a precise, consistent finish.

Colours

The WeatherShield covers are available in three colours; black, charcoal and dark brown.

WeatherShield is 3X Stronger and 50% Lighter than traditional vinyl covers. They last longer and require less care, keeping your hot tub protected for years to come. The high quality polyester is solution-dyed to retain it's colour better, even in intense sunlight and with air pollutants.

Covers are available in three thicknesses, each offering a different level of insulation. Insulation is tapered.

Storm: 10-5cm
Blizzard 12.5-7.5cm
Avalanche: 15-10cm

Simply place your order online and select the insulation thickness you would like, and then checkout. Complete the PDF form linked below and email it to us one your order is placed. The form gives us all the information for manufacturing including size, shape, strap locations and more. If you have any questions when completing the form, please contact us.

The prices and form are for any hot tub or spa cover up to 8ft square or equivalent. if your spa is larger than this, please get in contact for a custom quote.

Optional Extras

There are a range of optional extras available including fitting a continuous heat seal, extra handles, gazebo handles and additional straps. If you select any of these options on the form, we'll contact you to take the additional payment for these.

Features in depth

Zippers

The zipper pull is neatly tucked away in it's own pocket. This not only protects the zipper, but is more attractive than an exposed zipper. Corrosion resistant YKK7 heavy duty nylon zippers are used.

Steel Reinforcing

A 'non-corrosive steel 'C' channel is installed on the covers. This provides strong support across the centre of the spa cover, giving extra support in areas that experience extreme weather.

Skirt

The spa cover skirts are double stitched into the cover for strength, keeping heat in and dirt out. While the sun beats down on the cover, extreme heat builds up between the skirt and the spa, causing damage to the outside lip of the spa. The skirt design enables this heat to escape, preventing heat damage and particles from entering the spa.

Straps

Locking Safety Strap are sturdier than the standard hardware, side release fasteners hold up better in extremely cold climates. Along with great ease of use, it also locks for safety and includes two keys and screws to mount the hardware.

Handle

five layers of internal reinforcement add strength where it's needed most. Handles are integrated into the spa cover with additional stitching, making them them super strong.

Heat Seal Gasket

An insulating gasket design prevents heat loss where the two halves fold together. When the cover is shut, the two halves seal automatically, which is critical to long-term energy savings.

Hinge

A sturdy hinge offers four layers of material, adding extra durability and strength to this high stress area. The covers have been tested with an automatic arm, which lifted the cover on and off more than 6000 times with no discernible wear to the hinge.
