What is an O-Zone Generator?

O-zone generators or ozonators as they are sometimes called, are optional components within a Hot Tub that introduce o-zone gas into the water to help kill bacteria.
Because o-zone is such an effective sanitiser it reduces the amount of chemical sanitiser needed to maintain the Hot Tubs water chemistry, which not only saves money of water treatment costs, it is also lowers the amount of chemicals in the water which is great for any bather who has sensitive skin.
O-zone generators should never be used as the sole method of sanitation in a Hot tub and should always be used are alongside a chemical sanitiser such as chlorine or bromine.
